Which Class do I need 101?

Posted on June 23, 2018 at 6:45 PM

BLS is the correct class for anyone who has a healthcare credential; ie RN, LVN, EMT, PA or anyone working in a hospital or clinic position around patients. Also, anyone who is in a college course seeking healthcare status.

CPR AED is the correct class for non healthcare providers: babysitters, daycare providers, personal trainers, school teachers or anyone who is looking to enhance their skills performing CPR.

Don't be fooled by fake CPR classes online

Posted on February 18, 2016 at 10:10 PM

We are busy and our time is important. Don't be fooled by trying to cut corners and take CPR classes online. All American Heart Association courses have two parts and online test www.onlineAHA.org then a second part of going in to a classroom and doing hands on skills. All courses that say "Online only" are not acceptable classes for most education and hospitals. Just because the course states "AHA guideline" doesn't mean that it's an approved AHA training site.

Are you up to date on the new American Heart courses
